By creating an account on CEMETERRA (wave2.club), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CEMETERRA. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CEMETERRA is a cloud-based cemetery management platform. We provide tools for managing cemetery plot records, scheduling grounds maintenance, generating QR memorial pages, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or is harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of CEMETERRA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Data Processing

When we process personal data on your behalf in providing the service, you instruct us to process that data as needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate legal basis for data you upload and for providing any required notices to data subjects.

7. Payments and Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@wave2.club.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEMETERRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CEMETERRA is established, unless mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. EU/EEA Consumer and Data Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable EU/EEA consumer protection or data protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
